Problems usually stem from the use of traditional materials such as concrete rings, grout and shims.
We cut and extract the Manhole frame. In this particular case, the concrete rings have disintegrated.
Rings are removed and all material is excavated to expose the top section of the manhole.
Clean debris from existing casting and level to Top lift final grade.
Finish the process with High Early Strength Reinforced concrete (50+ MPa). Crackseal for finish.
We can finish with a Concrete Exposed finish or we can cap the repair with Asphalt.
